Yates brings a wealth of experience to the role, having led teams within the EdTech, FinTech, GovTech, and non-profit sectors, and 20 years as an executive team member of multiple Private Equity-backed companies.

Yates’s appointment follows a recent strategic investment by Serent Capital, a growth-focused private equity firm, creating a partnership designed to help fuel PlotBox’s expansion, drive continued innovation, and enhance customer outcomes across North America, the UK, Ireland, and APAC.
