Tennessee funeral director Aaron Rowbury has gone viral for showing that his “mortician skills” aren’t valuable only in an embalming room. Rowbury recently posted several super-cute TikTok videos of himself applying makeup to his daughter for a dance recital — in the best way he knows how. “Most girls have a dance mom … I’ve got a mortician dad with a steady hand,” he wrote across the video. The caption reads “When your mortician dad swaps formaldehyde for foundation.”
Mystery solved?
Nevada authorities announced last week that they had identified three of the 315 sets of cremains that were recovered from a desert outside of Las Vegas this summer. The reports don’t detail exactly how those cremains were identified, but they do say that those are likely the only identifiable sets. It’s also been suggested that the cremains came from a recently-closed funeral home and were “years unclaimed,” although that business “denies any involvement.”
