Connie L.(Nee: Andersen) Bowen, 70, passed away in her home on Tuesday, July 22, 2025.  Connie was born in Racine on June 15, 1955, the daughter of Harold Andersen and Sylvia (Nee: Luecfeld) Krueger.  She married the late Daniel Bowen who passed in 2011.  Connie was a life-time resident of Racine graduating from Racine Horlick High School and attending Gateway Tech.  She retired from the Racine Unified School District. In her spare time, she loved cooking and her favorite love was animals, especially dogs and cats. Connie will be deeply missed by her siblings Carl Andersen of Augusta, Ga., Gordon Andersen of Caledonia, WI., Harold Andersen, Jr. of Kenosha, WI., Richard Andersen of Racine, WI., Barbara Schook of Racine and Dora Andersen of Green Bay, WI, along with nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.  Connie was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Daniel.  Private family services will be held at Graceland Cemetery in Racine at a later date.
