Flanner Buchanan Announces Key Leadership Promotions 

Indianapolis, IN – Flanner Buchanan is proud to announce two key leadership promotions that reflect the organization’s continued growth and commitment to excellence in service and operations. 

Effective July 1, 2025, Cari Jones, CFSP, will be promoted to Director of Operations, East/West. 

Also effective July 1, 2025, Jamie Weyer, CFSP, will be promoted to Director of Operations,  North. 

Both Cari and Jamie have demonstrated outstanding leadership, operational insight, and dedication to the families we serve. In their new roles, they will oversee daily operations and support staff across multiple locations, ensuring Flanner Buchanan’s high standards of care and professionalism are consistently met.
